In natural law theory, our actions should contribute to developing a person's life rather than what could harm them. In other words, our actions should not affect a person in a negative way. There is also a principle of double effect. This means that actions can be morally right even if the law says they are wrong and illegal. The harm is that he defrauds the company by making it lose money for his own account.
