    Personal Learning Reflection PaperOne of the main courses this semester was learning various organizational behaviors that are conducted in a real business environment. By learning this course, we could better understand our future colleagues and ourselves. Throughout the semester, each week, Ashley Hughes gave us an interesting lecture on different topics related to organizational behavior. Along with the weekly lectures, we also had a group presentation which gave us the opportunity to apply the lessons and techniques learned in our professional and personal lives. During this semester, organizational behavior highlighted many topics, focused on studying the impact that individuals, groups, and structures have on behavior within an organization and how their behavior affects the performance of organizations with the aim of applying such a technique to improve the work efficiency of an individual or an organization (Jontymagicman, 2012). In this discussion paper, I will address the essential areas of organizational behavior: the influence of motivation, change management, and individual learning in an organization.MotivationMotivation, as defined in class, is energy and the commitment a person is willing to devote to a task. . In most organizations, motivation is one of the most problematic issues. Motivation is about the intensity, direction, and persistence to achieve a goal. During the course we learned about many motivation theories and many motivation theories are used in the business world. Each theory seems to have different fundamental values.
