  • Essay / The Jewish Messiah - 807

Jesus Christ or the so-called Jewish Messiah was tried for terrible blasphemy. It was a great disaster. Had Jesus had a fair trial, his claim to divine messiahship would have been established. Unfortunately, the laws were circumvented and eyes turned a blind eye, preventing a fair trial. There is no doubt that this is the most terrible miscarriage of justice ever known to humanity. In open court, Jesus Christ admitted that he was God in human flesh. Whatever happens one day, He would appear as the King of the most sacred place that is Israel and finally of the entire universe. It was surprising that his trial ended abruptly and a unanimous guilty decision was announced. Blasphemy was the main charge against him. It was claimed that he presented himself with the characteristics of Jehovah. Now the question arises whether Jesus Christ was really the Messiah as was declared in the Old Testament. If this statement was true, then the Jews had no right to judge Jesus Christ and give him the verdict. If this were not proven, the Jews would have no choice but to follow their scriptures and impose death on Jesus Christ. It is estimated that approximately 30 points of Jewish civil rights were violated during Jesus' trial. It seems very strange that people of such caliber in terms of scholarship and legal expertise could make such errors. Jews have been accused of killing Jesus for centuries. Christians use this accusation to persecute and murder innocent Jews. Jews were driven out of Flanders, now part of Belgium, in 1121. They were told to convert to Christianity or die during the conquest of Spain. The bi...... middle of paper ......rn on this earth and will establish his kingdom there. The life, death and resurrection of Jesus are a revelation from God for the redemption of the world and this is revealed by the Old Testament. In fact, the Old Testament was the vehicle that revealed the true meaning of the redemptive events of the gospel. We can summarize the whole events and facts in this way: Jesus faced the rigors of crucifixion and finally died. He was buried and because of his death, his followers lost hope and became desperate. Jesus' tomb was found empty a few days later. This was proof that Jesus had risen. www.seadinternational.com/occasional_papers/occ7.htmhttp://www.leaderu.com/focus/skeptics_easter.html
