    Plastic surgery is a medical process by which people can improve their physical appearance. There are two main types of plastic surgeries: cosmetic and reconstructive. People are and still are concerned about their body image and the view others might have on it. Therefore, people are always looking for a solution, which most of the time ends up being plastic surgery. Where do these procedures come from? And how do we get to the real point of plastic surgery? Obviously, technology and advancements are crucial to plastic surgery processes. Nowadays, women are more likely to have plastic surgery than men. Now, this phenomenon affects the youngest. Perhaps it is important to mention that not all plastic surgeries are safe. Additionally, plastic surgeries are expensive and also difficult problems for some people. Convincingly, all plastic surgeries represent a great advancement in the medical field and a great option for someone who suffers from an accident or has a defective body. Some people, when they hear the term "plastic", immediately think of something fake or superficial, because in some cases, surgical interventions really require the implantation of real plastic components.
