    Summary The purpose of this report is to reorganize the company for growth, higher revenues, profitability and greater competitiveness, as well as to give recommendations . This report examined the organizational characteristics to be re-modified and the challenges to be overcome. This report summarizes the process that will follow and the proposed restructurings. The proposed restructuring reflects the need for new “organic” organizational forms. Not only does a company's organizational structure help determine how well its workers make decisions, it also reflects how well they respond to environmental conditions. Organizational structure can influence workers' attitudes toward their jobs. An appropriate organizational structure can minimize costs and maximize its efficiency, which increases its ability to compete in a global economy. For these reasons, many organizations have reconsidered their organizational structures in recent years to improve their profits, sustainability and competitive advantage.Introduction• Project ObjectivesThe purpose of this report is to reflect corporate practices and provide appropriate organizational components that can help the company manage challenges and become more competitive. Also make a recommendation to bridge the gap between practices and the market environment. The need for companies to undergo change on an ongoing basis has been described in the literature. Thus, the importance of organizational change in today's turbulent business environment has increased.• ObjectivesThe objective of the study is to determine the strategic imperatives in response to unprecedented challenges. Additionally, to determine existing organizational components that can be used to reduce paper costs and create the type of agile business that can survive uncertainties.
