Self-healing through lucid dreaming: draftA man suffering from an unknown illness was going to die. He tried every medication, treatment and therapy possible. None of them worked. As his hopes of survival rapidly diminished, he met a man who saved his life. This man revealed to him a method known as self-healing through lucid dreaming, which, after a few weeks, helped the man make a miraculous recovery. This example helps demonstrate the idea that self-healing can be achieved through Lucid Dreaming. Lucid dreaming allows a person to be aware that they are dreaming and therefore can control themselves in their dreams. It is possible to achieve mental clarity in a dream state. By establishing a sense of mental clarity, one can heal one's mind psychologically and physically, increasing levels of creativity and self-actualization, as well as significantly improving one's problem-solving abilities and increasing one's curiosity about life. Lucid Dreaming is an escape from reality waiting to be explored. Lucid dreaming is defined simply as dreaming when you are conscious of doing it. Scientists should continue to investigate this study further, as it could possibly increase the health rate in future lives. Thanks to the work of people like La Berge and a few others, more and more information is becoming known every day. Lucid dreaming may not be the first option to turn to when in need of healing, but one should not forget the possibility that there is a good chance that one can be cured from it. If someone is suffering from a disease for which there is no scientifically proven cure, then exploring the concept of mind over matter is a great idea, because one has a life to gain and not much to lose. In conclusion, by establishing a sense of mental and physical well-being through lucid dreaming and sharing our findings with others, it will result in higher rates of health and an overall better world..
