(3C), and how these attributes help to evaluate strategic creativity and what approaches they facilitate the creation or management of creativity in the organization. Fostering Creativity and 3C Inc. Finally, as some argue that activities in the 3Cs must remain concentrated and that the proposed market potential seems rather small compared to the size of the current company; Management and leaders need to explain and remind them that many ideas start out for unimportant or undersized functions, but can grow and grow as technology advances , and that users can find new uses for them (Harvard). As an open innovation company, 3C leaders and managers should not suppress creativity, undermine and weaken it, they should stay away from attributes that stifle creativity in the organization . Figure 1 below illustrates that (1) creative thinking skills are one of the elements of creativity and innovation, but (2) expertise or knowledge and skills, and (3) motivation or inspiration are also vital and essential (Serrat, 2009; Harvard, 2003).
