Do you believe in extraterrestrials? When most people think of the term extraterrestrial, they usually think green, slimy, and dangerous. However, I think differently. I think if I were to meet an alien at some point in my life, they would resemble the human race and be very civilized. If an alien asked me if I was proud or ashamed of the human race, I would say I'm proud. Of course there are disappointing and shameful qualities of the human race such as: jealousy, pride, hatred and ignorance to name a few, but I like to look on the bright side of situations . There are many reasons why we should be proud of the human race, for we have accomplished and discovered many great things. Humans have discovered and mastered technology in entertainment, education, and daily life. Technology has had an incredible impact on entertainment today. I am proud of all the technical achievements made by the human race. It’s amazing how far technology has evolved; from the first television to today where there are 3D and interactive televisions. Technology in films is something that I think has evolved a lot. Movies are definitely a typical pastime in today's society. Either way, you can watch a good movie anywhere. You can watch movies in the car, anytime on your smartphone and much more. There are very, very intelligent human beings who have spent a lot of time and effort creating many devices. Smartphones have invaded our society; In recent days, almost everyone has a smartphone which makes life much easier. You can check the weather in any part of the world, you can send photos to your family and friends around the world and they will receive them instantly and much more! And finally... in the middle of a sheet of paper... I never have to worry about getting lost. The mind of a human is simply incredible; without the human race we would not have the technology we have today. So, in conclusion, if an alien asked me if I was proud or ashamed of the human race, I would say I am proud. There are many things to be proud of; we discovered a lot of things. However, I am most proud of the human race discovering and mastering technology. It made life simpler and more enjoyable. The technology we have now is something I would be proud to show off and share with others who aren't as fortunate. We use technology in our daily lives, every hour of the day. Technology has had an incredible impact on entertainment, education, and everyday life. Once again, I am truly very happy to be part of the human race and I am proud of all the achievements of humans..
