    Laws and Regulations in the Healthcare IndustryEvery day, the healthcare and medical industry continues to grow and mature and is today one of the most necessary and necessary industries in the world. This is an industry that I would really like to be a part of later in life as it is constantly changing, I would never do the same task every day and I would feel safe as it is constantly in demand. The job I would particularly like to pursue in this industry would be a career as a plastic surgeon. Throughout history this career never seems to stop evolving and with change comes new laws and regulations to benefit not only the person in the position but also the patients they care for . These laws and regulations include sections of the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid and Indian Health Services, the Pure Food and Drug Act, and other key laws and regulations. Nowadays, everything is very expensive. Prices continue to rise and it becomes more and more difficult to get by at the end of the month. Fortunately, there are programs that can help people who need it. The Affordable Care Act will influence health care and insurance in the United States in several ways through Obama's health plan. These changes include quality, reasonably priced health care for all Americans and were introduced on January 1, 2014. This law made it mandatory for almost everyone to have health insurance in the United States. It also prevents insurance companies from getting rid of people with pre-existing conditions. This health care bill guarantees financial assistance to individuals and families who cannot afford health insurance.
