    Introduction: Many women complain about birth control because they don't want to gain weight. This seems ridiculous to me, because you either gain a little weight while taking birth control, or you gain a lot when you get pregnant. So if you don't want to put your life on hold, I suggest you think about methods to avoid getting pregnant. I'm not saying it's bad to be pregnant, but everything happens at some point and you don't want to be surprised one day and find out you're going to be a youngster or a single parent. Contraception has its benefits and you should explore your options before it's too late. Contraception, also called birth control, is a method of preventing pregnancy. They work in different ways and are taken at different times. Some birth control methods you don't even have to worry about taking every day or every time you have sex. Contraception is often used right after a woman has a baby to avoid having another baby too soon. Other women use it to avoid getting pregnant. There are many methods of birth control and each of our bodies works in different ways. To find the best method, you need to explore your options. Depending on your needs, you should choose the one that suits you best and will not take up too much of your time. Each woman is particular in what she is looking for and should choose the method with which she feels most comfortable. The most commonly used method is the pill. It is 99% effective if taken correctly. Many women say it doesn't work, but that's because they don't use it correctly. You are supposed to take it every day at the same time.
