    It's usually this type of employee who is treated unfairly and gets stuck in a job they don't like. I know I was one of those loyal employees. With economic change and government influences (Obama cares!), having a job that works for you and takes care of you is vital. Looking at a lower level or entry level is no longer enough. But getting these top jobs requires education. There were several applications that I couldn't even apply for because I didn't have the necessary training. I value the fact that I am earning my education, but I also take it seriously and put in the effort to pass my classes.
