As we all know, what is most convenient and cheapest is usually a fast food chain whose foods are high in sugar and fat and are served in large portions. However, with stricter regulations on junk food being implemented, the more convenient and less expensive option would be much healthier. This would allow consumers to eat healthier because fresher, more nutritious foods would be more ubiquitous and accessible. Thus, the obesity rate and health care costs would notably be
