The training institution provides the required practical and hands-on experience through assignments and techniques carried out within its organization, with the aim of enhancing the learning, skills and character of the students. Benefit of Training The importance of on-the-job training program is that after graduating from college, it allows students to easily adapt to their workplace, given the practical and theoretical knowledge acquired through on the program. Additionally, essential skills such as communication and interpersonal skills will likely be improved, including the ability to work in a team. This helps students achieve optimal job performance, which can lead to further employment opportunities at higher levels. Scope of Work As an undergraduate mechatronics industrial intern, my job was to accompany my internship supervisors at all times to the company's factories to observe their work practices. This proved essential in learning to perform specific tasks under their supervision. These tasks include those related to mechanics, such as inspecting and replacing filters, worn parts and lubricating parts of bending, cutting and shearing machines. I also regularly checked the alignment of the beam and the rear gauge. Work-Related Issues and Concerns: When the worker started the water jet and changed the pressure from high to low, the intensifier's hydraulic piston moved faster in one direction than the pump. could manage.
