    The literature on stevia sugar and its effects shows a variety of approaches. A considerable amount of literature has been published on stevia and previous studies indicate that stevia is a great product because it has many health benefits. Rajesh et al. (2010) studied the effects of Stevia Rebaudiana Bertoni extract on anticancer activity in mice. His research results showed that at doses of 100 and 300 mg/kg/ip, it significantly inhibits cell proliferation. The results also showed a decrease in body weight, total cell count and cholesterol levels. However, the results obtained were found to be dose dependent. Anton et al. (2010) conducted research to determine the effects of aspartame, stevia and sucrose on food intake, satiety and postprandial glucose and insulin levels. They found that participants did not compensate by eating when they consumed lower-calorie preloads containing stevia or aspartame. A major drawback of this approach was that participants' eating behavior was measured in the laboratory and not in a natural environment.....
