I thought that if I got my license, maybe I could provide for my siblings, as well as my own needs, such as my lack of extracurricular activities. I didn't have the chance to participate in too many extracurricular activities due to the transportation problem my siblings and I faced. For me, extracurricular activities mostly took place outside of school sports, like golf, or online activities that I could do at home. Another priority of mine during my sophomore year was to find as many hobbies/activities that interested me as possible, participate in them, and decide what was meant for me. I was primarily looking for activities that benefited me intellectually and that I would enjoy enough to pursue with confidence and focus a lot. A few of my friends were taking economics classes during my sophomore year and participating in a stock market war game. I decided to try it and learn a little more about stocks.
