Prime Minister Rozgar Yojana (PMRY) About the Scheme Prime Minister Rozgar Yogana is the scheme to provide employment to educated unemployed youth between 18 years of age. -35 years old created in 1993 by providing financial assistance for the creation of micro-enterprises in industry including agriculture and related activities outside direct agriculture. The government subsidy will amount to 15% of the overall project cost with a ceiling of Rs. 4,000,000.7500/- per person.
