    Mina Loy in “Feminist Manifesto” seeks an individual feminine identity free from the masculine. The three most important features of her writings promote individual freedom, women's roles, and female status. Loy, in his manifesto, seems to choose a destructive path against man and woman in a power struggle against each other. She states at the beginning that women are not equal to men. “Be brave and deny from the start – this pathetic, clap-trap battle cry that woman is equal to man – she is not” (Loy, 2013, p.1981). She argues that men and women are enemies: “the only point where the interests of the sexes merge is sexual embrace” (Loy, 2013, p. 1982). Relationships between men and women require sharing, but Loy rejects men by stating that women must “search within themselves to discover who they are” (Loy, 2013, p. 1982). Women need to find themselves before having a successful relationship with a man. This would be necessary for the relationship to develop and be nourished.
