    : The research topic I chose for the MHC 611 independent research project is “The effect of working conditions on work/life balance”. Although work-life balance is undeniably a widespread term, there is no pleasant agreement on what it entails, despite the fact that most definitions incorporate the ideas of adaptability, juggling and support. Work-life balance is most often used to describe stability between work obligations and responsibilities outside of paid work; having a good work-life balance implies that this balance is in the right position for the person concerned (Visser & Williams, 2006). In this topic, I will discuss workplace conditions such as employee-centered flexibility, paid and unpaid leave, working time duration, health care and the effects of these conditions on work. work-life balance (Skinner & Chapman, 2013). The project will be examined through a qualitative method seeking verbal experiences and inquiry techniques. Results will be based on verbal interaction, surveys and research papers from the public sector and hospitality industry. The concluding results will demonstrate how working conditions affect employees' work-life balance and what steps can be taken by employers to improve these working conditions. Brief Literature Review: The literature review on work-life balance has been surrounded in perspective of its acquired fame with the important means of ensuring the flourishing of pop culture and the recognition of a satisfying life for its representatives by supporting the development of each worker and the advancement of organizations (Singh, 2013). Employers and employees should recognize that it is appropriate for the middle of paper organization to accommodate family-related needs, such as employer assistance with child care or caregiver room?5 . Does this organization offer employees equal opportunities to negotiate part-time or full-time work?6. When trying to balance work and family responsibilities, it is easier to resolve issues among colleagues rather than involving management (e.g., automatic registration and/or staggered start and finish times). Does this help reduce the imbalance?7. Does this organization provide referral services for employees' personal needs?8. Equal access to promotion, training and development can result from prioritizing work ahead of family and personal life. Do you agree?9.
