    Workplace StressThere are many jobs in the world and many professionals who do them. Every worker has a task to accomplish and it is not always easy. Jobs can require a lot of things and specific deadlines for when things need to be done. Some jobs require workers to have more than a single responsibility. Meeting deadlines and being responsible for other tasks can sometimes be a little stressful. Stress is not only present at home, but it is also felt at work, some more than others. Many workers face stress at work and receive no help to deal with it. They may feel alone in this situation or not know what to do. Not everyone experiences the same thing, but that’s exactly why they need to get help. Stress can become a danger to a person's body and affect their health. Workers with high stress levels should get the help they need to be able to cope with the stress they face daily in the workplace and be able to work to their full potential. When workers begin to have difficulty in their jobs and feel like they cannot keep up with their tasks, they may begin to experience stress. “Workplace stress can be defined as the adverse physical and emotional reactions that occur when the demands of the job do not match the worker's capabilities” (Stress 2). Everyone works at a different pace, and sometimes workers may feel like they can't complete the tasks they need to do or at least not when they need to be done. Work stress is not only related to the abilities of workers, but it also includes environmental situations (Pollack 45). When an employee is under constant demand, it can create a tense environment in which the worker may feel constant pressure to meet demands.
