I never heard of Soh-Cah-Toa (a trigonometry rule) until others asked me to tell them about it. I try to find patterns and connections and, therefore, derive formulas from them. The ability to understand complicated concepts allowed me to learn faster than other students around me. Not only will I be able to understand more concepts in less time, but it will also be very useful to me when I enter college. The teaching speed in university is very fast compared to that in high school. As I enter university and higher education, I will not have much difficulty adapting to the learning environment at the current pace. Even after college, I will be able to learn certain skills more quickly in a work environment. Judgment I tend to look for evidence before reaching a conclusion. The events we judge and the conclusions we draw can be very situational. For example, a student, John, might suddenly start turning in assignments late, despite his previously excellent work ethic.
