For those who don't know, Whitechapel hail from Knoxville, Tennessee, and are one of the most famous deathcore bands in the world. Our Endless War is Whitechapel's fifth studio album and has received much attention and praise within the metal community since its release on 04/29/2014 via Metal Blade Records. I think this is Whitechapel's best album to date, surpassing both Whitechapel and This is Exile, as it depicts the band's evolution and hard work over the years. The first time I listened to this album, I found that it retained a lot of the sound of their previous self-titled record, Whitechapel. Phil's growls maintain the same depth and intensity as before, and the riffs are punchier than ever. However, one notable aspect of this album that shines compared to previous releases is that the guitar playing on it is very rhythmic and groovy. They complement Phil's voice extremely well and can be fast or slow depending on the different tones....
