    Prior to purchasing the gymnasium, the company was in extreme financial bankruptcy. The majority of employees frequently complain about the manager's current leadership style and poor leadership style. They said they were often unsure of current rates and services because the manager often made many changes with little or no warning, all of which ended in failure and unhappy customers. Robert realized that for this business to be successful, he then needed to make many changes to the internal environment in order to restore the gym to its former glory. Robert's first change was to fire the current manager due to his terrible decision making and leadership. Robert's next decision was to hire an experienced fitness center manager who used a better leadership style that aligned with the business and staff. Next, Robert reinvented the company's mission and vision which was clearly communicated to staff. Over the next few months, Robert spent a lot of time getting to know his staff and creating a positive work culture.
