    After the introduction of overall senior management, the featured nurse consultant Sarah now has to deal with a number of different tasks like more paperwork or cleaning which does not correspond to his profession. Additionally, she takes her breaks in isolation and needs permission if she wants to order small items like bandages because management thinks it's more efficient and cost-effective. But on the other hand, unskilled casual workers are allowed to distribute medicines to patients. Due to changes in the law, Sarah also has to care for 15 patients requiring intensive care instead of 8, which is a much heavier workload. This role ambiguity, role conflict, isolation, lack of authority and greater workload are the factors that Colligan and Higgins (2006) highlighted as factors leading to workplace stress. Clearly, a change in Sarah's mental state in response to work stress is already occurring, as she is less motivated, unhappy, and already starting to think about finding another job. It also leads to negative consequences such as absenteeism, lower productivity and poor decision-making which also affect MV Health. With increasing stress and pressure, Sarah's job satisfaction decreases. Mainly lack of autonomy and low participation or involvement, which manifests itself in frustration
