    Michael Jeffrey Jordan is a person that everyone has heard of at some point in their life. Many consider him the greatest basketball player of all time. With his qualities and his spirit, he never lost hope. “Always turn a negative situation into a positive one” (“Michael Jordan Quotes”). That's what he was good at, otherwise he wouldn't have 6 national championships. An example of his attributes was on June 11, 1997, Michael Jordan came down with the flu. He wasn't supposed to show up, but during pregame warmups, he was there. When the game began, Jordan was playing slowly, 60% of normal playing speed, and had to stop frequently to breathe. At the start of the second half, the Bulls were losing by 16 points. He then had a spark and at the end of the quarter, he totaled 17 points! At halftime, Jordan spent his time getting filled with fluids. In the third period, he slowed down. He was useless. In the fourth and final period, the Jazz had an 8-point lead.
