Greg Jackson's proposal for an e-learning startup is compelling, but it has both advantages and disadvantages for KSU. On the positive side, the online learning environment is a pioneering environment that has not yet been fully realized. According to President Drake's memorandum, the online learning environment will help propel KSU toward its goal of being a leading institution in the use of technology in education (Document A, 2014) . Jackson discussed the opportunity to establish the online learning program under the name "Gatorade" or Kochville State University, meaning there is potential to create a significant amount of wealth for the university , just like the University of Florida did with the sports drink promotion.
