The way I was raised by my parents and the events I faced throughout my life shaped my personality to become what it is Today. Although I was born to two outgoing parents, I am a very shy person who prefers to stay at home and avoid parties. My parents' protective nature made me enjoy spending time alone. My experiences with friends have led me to be selective when it comes to making friends. My exposure to culture has led me to identify more with Western culture than with my Hispanic heritage.
