  • Essay / My Educational Philosophy of Education - 791

My Educational PhilosophyEducation is one of the key ingredients of life. Teachers play a vital role in the education of every individual. Among the four philosophies of education, I am closely related to essentialism. Being an essentialist teacher simply means teaching based on structured lessons while interweaving the experience and information that adolescents will need to succeed in their futures. My philosophy is based on my educational experience. Teachers are the determining factor in the atmosphere in the classroom. The most enjoyable classes for me were staffed by well-motivated teachers who accompanied their lessons with interesting activities. I didn't necessarily like teachers who did all the sharing and didn't give the class the opportunity to give their opinions. For me, it is important to clarify each student's understanding when they are physically in class. As a student, I appreciated that the teacher not only took charge of the class but also acted as a mediator. The connection with the teacher is established through balanced engagement in class. Looking back, from the first year, I remember that my teacher involved the whole class in various activities. I remember becoming one of his class aides because I always finished my work early. It made me happy to come to school every day. The strong bond I shared with my favorite teachers ultimately helped me form my vision of how I would like to run my classroom. My role as a teacher is not only to prepare my students to move on to the next grade, but also to prepare them. for their future projects. Additionally, I would like to appear to my students as one of the people in their support system and serve as a role model to those who need a positive figure middle of paper..... .so much to have confidence in oneself and personal motivation. I think if you don't believe in yourself, no one else can make a difference. A person's success ultimately rests on their own motivation. Student responsibilities include completing homework and class work, listening to the teacher, participating in class activities, and concentrating in class. Throughout the school year, I would like to see my students grow in all aspects to become an improved student. Education is like climbing a continuous staircase. There are so many lessons and obstacles that teachers and students will face as they climb the steps together. As a teacher, I will strive to push my students beyond their limits while ensuring that they gain the knowledge necessary to become a successful person. My goal is to strengthen my essentialist philosophy through my journey to becoming a teacher..
