  • Essay / No one should have the right to end their life, even one...

God said "Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you; and before you came forth from the womb, I have sanctified you, and ordained you a prophet to the nations” (Jeremiah 1:5) In the fog of the 1960s and early 1970s, the United States began to abolish its ban on Abortion. In Roe v. Wade, the United States Supreme Court legalized abortion throughout the United States, according to independent writer Tom Head, for those who believe that human life begins at conception, The Supreme Court's decision and the state law striking down the procedure seemed cold and barbaric When faced with the issue of abortion, one question still prevails: why is abortion legal in the first place? Roe v. Wade case, the answer boils down to one of our personal rights versus the legitimate interest of the government. This legitimate interest focuses on protecting the life of an embryo or fetus. they endure controversies over their rights until they manage to determine that they are a human person. The government wants to protect the fetus's potential rights to live, but the fetus itself has no rights before the threshold of viability. The court did not state that viability is or is not when the fetus becomes a person, it only stated that this is the first time when it can be proven that the fetus possesses the capacity to have a meaningful life as a person. than anyone. Even though they have already established that the embryo is a human being. This gets confusing because they say life begins at conception, but they don't consider the child alive or not yet human. The Supreme Court wants to give women the right to make decisions about their own bodies because of the 14th amendment which gives their freedom, whether they interpret it as the right to privacy, so...... middle of paper ......strengthens the being within her and remains unpunished? If a woman refuses to have or raise a child, there are several ways to avoid it. I understand why women don't want to have children at some point in their lives. For those who cannot afford it, adoption is a good alternative to abortion. Some people want to have an abortion due to incest. Which is even more wrong, because why would you have sex with a family member in the first place? Another reason why abortion is wrong is that many tax-paying Americans present themselves as anti-abortion. It turns out that it is morally wrong to use taxpayer dollars to fund abortion. I think a pregnant woman should view her child as a blessing, regardless of how it was conceived. I believe that every life has purpose and meaning. Everything happens for a reason. Everyone should have the choice to have a life.
