    When considering a military career, especially in the elite forces of the various branches, a thorough investigation should be conducted into the requirements necessary for entry to this exclusive program. Each branch has basic standards for acceptance as a basic recruit, and much stricter requirements for becoming a member of the elite specialist team. The best known of the elite are the Army Rangers, the Green Berets, the Army Special Needs Delta and the Navy Seals. There is no doubt that these Special Forces units are comprised of the most physically and mentally fit men who have earned their right to protect the United States in ways more extraordinary and dangerous than average military forces. Basic US Army is an easy branch. of the army to enlist in. The academic and physical requirements are easy to meet, but when you really push and aim for the highest academic and physical requirements, you open the door to many more options within the military. What keeps most people from succeeding is the mental toughness necessary to succeed in the intensive programs offered by Army Special Forces. This shows that you need academic strength, as much as physical strength, if you want to go far in the military. It also requires a mindset to not give up and persevere in life until your dream comes true. Army Special Forces is an extremely difficult program to qualify for. A candidate must be mentally focused. The physical demands are demanding and you have to be in top shape. Personal motivation must be at the forefront to even qualify to be in the Special Forces.
