This is false because no person is perfect on their own. For a well-rounded teacher, there should be elements that define his or her teaching style. A teacher who constantly assigns work to his students and does not teach much in class is not a complete teacher. Even though they may be the kindest individual a person has ever met, they are still not a complete teacher. Often people of our time consider teachers to be one of the few people who should not make mistakes and should always know their craft. I totally disagree with this tactic. I think as teachers they should always be willing to learn and improve, whether in terms of knowledge or teaching style.
