    This necessity of life is everywhere around us. It is more abundance than the ground you stand on; it sparkles in the bright sun; it undulates with the wind and has given birth to numerous intellectual civilizations. This necessity of life can come in any shape and size. It can be the genesis of life, but it can also result in death. This natural and versatile compound is used to provide electricity to millions of people; it carries nostalgic memories and symbolizes the summer season. Water, we use water to avoid thirst, as well as to avoid dirt. It has the ability to benefit our health in different ways. However, some people choose to neglect using it fully. Increasing water intake can help maintain ideal weight, improve sports performance and improve cognition; in addition to helping us prevent diseases such as coronary heart disease. Water is essential for maintaining life on earth. It represents more than half of the Earth and on average 60% of human body weight (Benelam and Wyness 3). Water performs an important function in the body. It regulates human waste, including feces and urine. Water also helps cleanse and maintain a healthy kidney. Since water is such an important substance in our life; how much water do we need?
