    Resistance: it takes many forms, from the simplest denial to armed revolt. The Jews demonstrated almost every form of resistance against the Nazis, which proved to the world that the Jews are not so easy to eliminate. Jews had many ways to demonstrate resistance, but “organized armed resistance was the most powerful form of Jewish opposition” (Jewish Resistance). Armed resistance is an important aspect of the revolt, not only because it re-inflicts the pain inflicted on the Jews, but it also shows that the Jews have the ability to fight back and gives the world the knowledge that the Jews do not fall easily. However, resistance is not just an act of violence as Jews demonstrated several forms of nonviolent resistance while incarcerated or transported. The Jews fled into the forest and believed that by escaping they were resisting the Nazi Party and reducing their chances of achieving their goal of exterminating all Jews on the planet (Acts of Resistance). By fleeing, the Jews gave themselves a chance to live and warn others of their fate, which was an excellent form of non-violent resistance since, generally speaking, no Germans were harmed. Resistance can take many forms, which is why all Jews resisted in one way or another, simply living is resistance (Acts of Resistance). The other reason why the Jews fought so desperately to survive was not simply to see the light of another day, but to see the Germans becoming enraged by their living "resistance."
