    Motivation is what drives us to do the things we do. This is something that must be cultivated in the classroom from the beginning of the year. The teacher must understand how each child is motivated and what sparks their interest. I will praise students and make them feel good about themselves. I want every student to know that I care about them and want to do everything I can to help them learn and grow. As a teacher, I will always make sure to keep students motivated and engaged. To make this happen, my role as a teacher is to plan and develop activities that students will find motivating. Intrinsic motivation is the motivation that students have within themselves. Intrinsic motivation is when a student is motivated to do something because of their own interest and curiosity. It’s the motivation you have within you that is personally rewarding. For example, searching for a topic that interests you because you want to learn more for your own benefit. The way I would promote intrinsic motivation in my classroom is to focus on setting meaningful personal goals so that all students feel challenged, to stimulate curiosity to peak interest, to clarify relationships of cause and effect between what we learn versus reality. things in life, using fantasy to help students imagine themselves in real-world settings and recognizing and appreciating each student's every accomplishment so that they can feel satisfied and appreciated. I want to facilitate intrinsic motivation every day in my classroom to ensure that I am confident in offering consistent feedback as praise to encourage my students to work toward a specific goal. The rules and expectations for my class will be established at the beginning of the year by the students and I as a group. I will allow the children to talk to me without interrupting them and we will work as a team. I can only hope and assume the best from each student's parents, but I don't know what's going on outside of my classroom, so I will do my best to motivate my students and make them feel like they can be the one with whom they try to be a little harsh. work.
