    Level: Mid-Novices (13-14 years old)Students: International (Asia)Duration: Approximately 85-95 minutesLesson Objectives:Main Objective: Introduction to Sleeping Beauty; underline and identify key phrases so that students are able to understand the grammatical structure and play of the lesson plan. Sub-objectives: • Focus on identifying simple key phrases from the story • Introduction to vocabulary (king, queen, prince, princess, castle, fairy, party, town, godmother, gift, room, etc.) in relation to Sleeping Beauty• Introduction to grammatical structure for students to participate in the practice phase. Hypotheses• Students must know how to write and pronounce simple and complete sentences (introduce themselves, order, say where something is, the colors, what they like, where they come from, etc.) • Students must know how to convert ordinary words from present to past form. Anticipated Problems and Solutions • Students may have difficulty with unfamiliar words (unlucky, walk, temper, angel, nightingale, tremble, sting, needle, and knit). The teacher should write any words that are unclear to them on the whiteboard, explain why it is important to understand these words for the lesson, and give concrete examples (associate the words with the students).• Students may have problems with the phone. game. The teacher should explain the grammatical structure and the game in detail to the students, so that they can fully understand the material and the game. Materials • A copy of Sleeping Beauty • Handout – correspondence (20- 25 min) (Before class, the teacher should write vocabulary definitions on the Whiteboard) The teacher presents the fairy tale to the young learners. She writes the title of the story “Sleeping Beauty” on the whiteboard, then writes it...... in the middle of the paper ......circle and ask one of the students who writes a few sentences to recite it to another student and so on. When the last person hears the story, they should recite what they heard to the whole class and observe whether it is correct or incorrect.
