Racial profiling compromises the very fabric on which America is built. With constitutional laws protecting us, as American citizens, from mistreatment or discrimination, racial profiling is still practiced, and it violates our human rights and breeds distrust in the very police officers who are charged with keeping our communities safe, as well as disbelief in American citizens. the Constitution which should grant equal rights to all American citizens. The allegations became so common that the black community referred to the phenomenon as “driving while black or brown.” Empirical evidence supports the national perception of racial profiling.
