I have worked as a Parent Liaison for 12 years. A parent liaison is someone who works in the school system and helps parents with their parenting education by trying to help with computer skills, phone skills, and simple business phone skills. I am present daily as I work with the Truancy Department to ensure parents understand the importance of education. I also coach college cheerleading and teach dance. I am currently pursuing my personal objective which is to obtain my double specialization, the first in organizational management and the second in communication. Throughout my life I have thought about the different things I want to accomplish. I am well on my way to fulfilling my personal vision and mission. . My goals are to find a job that I can enjoy and make money from just one job so that my life won't be so difficult. I want to move out of state and start a whole new life. I have been a very independent person right out of high school. I left my parents' house and never returned because I got a job and I still strive every year to improve my life. year. I will behave as an ethical and religious person in public and in my personal life. I intend to conduct myself in an open-minded manner in my personal relationships. I will always try to treat people the way I want to be treated. I will also do my best to control and become more open-minded in my personal relationships and in the way I treat my children. If employees are involved from the beginning, they will not only care about the issues that concern them, but about all issues. Most of the time, employees are blind to upper management's issues and don't understand the decisions, but if they start the process and complete it, they will understand the process better.
