    Samuel Adams“The truth is that all could be free if they valued liberty and defended it as they should. » By this he was trying to say: don't take freedom for granted, you must work to fight and keep it free forever. The start of the American Revolution was because the colonists living in the 13 colonies wanted freedom and freedom from British rule. Parliament had added taxes on all their cherished items, drinks and even papers. The colonists wanted to abolish unjust laws. It all started with the argument that the colonies were not being treated as they would have liked. This argument continued until the start of the American Revolution. Samuel Adam's first career was creating a small but influential group called "Sons of Liberty". In this group he organized public political movements in an attempt to protest the king's tax changes. Samuel Adams was born September 27, 1722 in Boston, Massachusetts. He died on October 2, 1803 from Parkinson's disease. His father and son were also named Samuel. He had 12 other siblings in his family. His son worked as a doctor during Independence. We didn't talk much about his daughter, Hannah. Years later, Samuel Adams' first cousin, John Adams, became President of the United States in 1797! He was born into a wealthy family inheritance where they could pretty much pay for everything he needed to succeed in life. He placed 5th out of 22 students during his final year of Harvard College to become a politician. He earned his master's degree from a top-ranked school and had many opportunities. Samuel's great educational methods prepared him for a very active life that awaited him. Throughout his life, he created a group called "Sons of Liberty", a group made up of founding fathers who protected their rights in every way possible. As the leader of this group, they committed a grave offense by repealing the Stamp Act. This mission was successful, as the Stamp Act was only in place for a year thanks to the Sons of Liberty. As a tax collector for 12 years, he really had time to think about Parliament, all of its decisions and choices, and his contribution to them. He was an extraordinary spokesperson. He was very distinguished in his narrative as well as in the complete details of his ideas. Samuel Adams lived a long and successful life helping his friends and family earn and maintain the rights they deserve. His family was very honorable to have such an extraordinary man.
