Are you weird, smart or impatient? Nancy Lublin says these are the characteristics of an entrepreneur. As a child, she was known for doing things differently. She was never good at following rules or focusing on just one thing. Nancy is considered one of the most successful nonprofit leaders in the world. How does a story like this begin?The beginningNancy Lublin always knew she was different. She grew up in West Hartford, Connecticut. His mother was a housewife and his father was a local lawyer. Growing up, she always knew she wanted to become a lawyer too. She lived a sheltered life and even attended the same preschool as her father when he was a child. A classmate decided that purple was a "boy's color" and demanded that he have all purple crayons. Purple was her favorite color and she thought it should suit everyone.
