Graphic Organizer - Most Dangerous Game by Richard ConnellSummary - A big game hunter, Rainsford, falls over the side of his boat while smoking a cigar. He swims to an ominous island where he finds a mansion. General Zaroff, owner of the island, invites him to his home and offers him a dinner. He's a classy man who loves hunting, but not the conventional type. He hunts humans, because he has raised indifferent animals. He challenges Rainsford in his game and he accepts. In the end, Rainsford wins by outsmarting the general by jumping off the cliff, then showing up in his room and presumably killing him.
