    Summary This report is about identifying existing problems in Bruce Hardware and providing solutions to the problems using the Enterprise System, Bruce Hardware System supply chain management and proposing alternatives to these particular problems. Businesses use information system applications to integrate their business processes with business functions and enjoy benefits such as business process automation, reduced costs, faster and better decision making, reduced inefficiencies, better quality, employee and customer satisfaction, and better relationships with suppliers and Bruce's Hardware can also benefit from these systems. Successful implementation of a business system requires senior management support, control and communication, change management and financial resource management. Good planning, project management, senior management support, people involvement and appropriate employee training are key success factors for successful information system implementation.IntroductionThe purpose of this report is to analyze the information system and the needs of customers, employees and suppliers of Bruce's equipment. Bruce's Hardware is a chain of wholesale hardware stores in Australia. There are 250 Bruce's Hardware stores across Australia and the head office is located in Mackay, Queensland. All stores have a manager who controls the day-to-day operations of the store, including hiring staff. Bruce's Hardware provides three types of products: building materials, plumbing supplies and garden supplies.
