    Imagine being a normal kid walking out of class to eat your lunch. When all of a sudden a child you fear because of his masculine strength comes up to you and says, “Did I have something good?” Put it back. Oh, and you don't even think about telling the teacher? Got it?" You nod out of fear and give him your lunch. "Good." "Well, you think, here's my lunch." For the rest of the day, you're afraid and can't not to concentrate. If you tell the teacher, he will torture you more. If you don't tell the teacher, he will still torture you. This is just one example of many. Bullying is a superior force to influence or intimidate someone into doing what you (the bully) wants (“Definition of Bullying” – Home). bullying inside and outside of schools This causes children to feel bad about themselves and no longer show as much self-confidence as before. Often this causes a dramatic scene in schools. Rumors spread and many things are said about the school if the public finds out. But the most surprising thing is that it affects the lives of the bullies, both mentally and physically. This causes them to not lead a good life. But can we put an end to it? Bullying ruins the self-esteem and confidence of the child victim. According to editor-in-chief Arcy Lyness, “Studies show that people who are mistreated by their peers are at risk of developing mental health problems, such as low self-esteem, stress, depression or anxiety.
