Consumers may include students returning home for vacation, overhangs from other airlines, and employees traveling for small businesses. Eagle's Wings Airlines promises the lowest price to its consumers. Its promise is to fly cheap and without frills. Eagle's Wings flight attendants are flight attendants, customer service representatives, ticket agents and ground security. These people are described as underpaid and overworked, resulting in employees providing an unsatisfactory customer experience. Frontline workers have been denied vacation time off to spend with their own families and are often stuck in remote locations, unable to return home, due to overbooking and flight schedules poorly planned.
