Mining Group Gold ProcessThe Mining Group Gold Process is a team and meeting management process that combines everyone's key ideas, experience and wisdom to improve functionality of the organization. The first basic process is determining the purpose of the session or meeting. It involves the process of setting the objectives and defining the goals of what is expected from the meeting or session. This step lays the foundation for all subsequent steps in order to deliver a successful meeting or session. This second step concerns the predictable outcomes and desired outcomes of the meeting or session. The desired outcomes, like the objective, are written down and serve as a framework for the entire meeting or session. The third step is to assign the roles of the facilitator, supervisor, timekeeper, and scribe for the meeting or session. These are the roles of the people who regulate the meetings and are responsible for setting the agenda. The facilitator is the main regulator of the meeting and works with the scribe who is responsible for writing down the ideas and the timekeeper who allocates time for all steps. The fourth step is setting the agenda, which involves setting times and dates to be on time for the planned completion and desired results. The final step is to establish the time for each specific agenda item. This step takes Step Four a little deeper by assigning times and dates for each specific item needed to make this process successful.
