    In a study she conducted, there are some weaknesses. She places great emphasis on the study in which she asked 38 women "if the university would award you a bachelor's degree right now, ... would you take that degree and leave?" (101). The weakness of this study lies in the fact that the sample size is only 38 women. This number is not high enough considering the thousands of undergraduate students enrolled at his university alone. Then, only 13 responded that they didn't want to miss out on the college experience; this proves nothing of undergraduate students' preference for the college experience. When considering the college experience, it's difficult to define what that actually means. Nathan presents it as “the joys and benefits of living in academic culture rather than the real world,” but his definition is not established (102). I have the college experience, but I don't "live in the college culture" because I live at home and commute to school (102). I don't experience dorm life or being on campus constantly, but rather I live a life with some college culture. I also feel the pressures of the “real word” as I balance an education budget and commute to my job in a school district that builds my resume as an educator (102).
