Overall, it is clear that the United States faked the moon landing in order to beat the Soviet Union in the space race through observations, evidence from a Hollywood studio, and allowing NASA to carry out the Apollo mission. Once the United States landed Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin on the Moon, it was clear that the United States had faked the moon landing due to observations viewed during live footage of the moon landing.
