    In William Shakespeare's play Julius Caesar, Brutus attempted to use the idea that "the end justifies the means" to rationalize his decision to kill Caesar. Some today use the same argument to justify acts of war, violent demonstrations or terrorism. "The end justifies the means", in today's world perspective, means that the end of something is the beginning of something else or that the end of one action can define the outcome of other actions what a person has done in their life. title of the tragic hero's name, which is why some critics argue that Julius Caesar should actually be titled Brutus or something else. Other critics claim that Julius Caesar is indeed the tragic hero of the play. “If it will serve the general good, put honor in one eye and death in the other, and I will look at both with indifference” (Julius Caesar: act 1) Julius Caesar is a tragic play in which the Most characters die in the struggle to become king. Julius Caesar was the first to experience a necessary death; he was brutally killed by the conspirators led by Brutus. He was stabbed several times. Brutus easily put Cassius over the fact that Caesar is a powerful force in his chance to be king; he soon realizes that the conspiracy is helping Rome grow further and quickly takes part in developing a plan for Caesar's murder. However, there were reasons why Brutus chose to oppose Caesar, including his love for Rome, his honor, and his loyalty to the earldom. Brutus is a true Roman and is very important to Rome, but these main motivations of Brutus lead him to his tragic flaw because it makes him think about his judgments and makes him a more decisive decision maker. Knowing that the war will end if the leader of the conspirators, mainly Brutus, is dead, the civil war will therefore end with the victory of Caesar's exploits. Even though his army would lose the war after his death, Brutus committed suicide because all Brutus wanted was for Rome to improve and recover from the disorder caused by the war. Ultimately, the main goal of taking Caesar's life to make Rome better wasn't the best idea. Indeed, the purpose of Caesar's murder was to make Rome better, away from the hands of a tyrant of the people. But he and the conspirators did not succeed as events escalated into a civil war and the division of Rome into different small pieces rather than bringing Rome together as one country..
