Joseph Pulitzer foresees the importance of training journalists to be professional in their work. This has promoted the quality of media coverage and the way information is transmitted to the public without distortion. The journalist has been trained to be objective, to avoid bias and separate facts from public opinion. By including the journalist's name in the newspaper, it makes it easier to control bias because journalists would be held accountable for their actions.
