Other sub-issues include lack of vision, coercive leadership style, use of taxpayer money for personal gain, and irresponsible leadership. The second element is the organizational structure, mixed communication and lack of clear direction to whom to report. The third being communication, this article addresses the lack of ability to talk about real issues for fear of being ostracized; if you are not with us; you are against us. We offer solution based on our SWOT analysis, star burst, brainstorming, mind map and rational decision making tool. With the use of these five tools, we hope to help solve the problem by making the City Zoo a more engaging and dynamic experience for employees and the public. These three issues: leadership, organizational structure and communication are explored in more detail in relation to the city zoo case study.
