I think the power level between Damon, Stefan, Caroline, Bonnie and etc. seems to be even a little. They're not too strong and still get yelled at, but they make it work a little in their favor. No one really has an armored shield Hayley, not even Elena who has it when it comes to suddenly being able to kick someone's ass.
