  • Essay / Similarities between beliefs and philosophies of...

Choice of subject: Religion has always amused me. I have always been curious about the lifestyles of a particular religion and their beliefs regarding God. Point of view has always been important and is supposed to be respected. I was involved in many organized family rituals myself and it always amused me. I come from a family with a religious background. I would thank my grandparents for teaching me the Hindu way of life and teaching me to respect other religions and their beliefs, thus giving me a hint of inner spirituality and the omnipresence of God. I chose the theme “Belief Systems” because it is the theme that suits me the most. The clash of ideologies can also cause riots of different beliefs and philosophies. This mainly happens when a person is bigoted and does not accept another person's point of view. Later established religions spread across the world. One of the main causes of the spread of religion was trade and missionaries. QUESTION: What are the various beliefs of my community and how do they influence an individual on a minor and major scale, as well as what happens when ideologies collide..... .middle of paper......in the same environment. Although sometimes the beliefs or ideology of one comes into conflict with the other and an effective and sometimes even productive dialogue is established. This helps party members come to a conclusion and change their thinking. But the opposing party must be mature enough to address the issue; otherwise, the ongoing dialogue risks being pointless, giving parties the opportunity to waste time. People have different belief systems; they follow their beliefs and propagate them, but the propagation of religion in a community with different beliefs causes conflicts. I have seen religious clashes, but people need to try to understand their beliefs and not be stubborn. REPORT: Based on my research and the community I live in, the impact of religion is strong but does not lead not to extremism. Different systems influence behavior.
